Maybe you have before and after school children who don't need reports, or a half day pre-k program. Whatever your situation we're here to help!
The simple solution is that we will only send those reports to children with information entered, so as long as teachers aren't creating daily reports, we won't send them! We wouldn't want to send out a blank report! :) The only snag you might run into is that if you enter your menu for the whole school, we would paste the meals on all rooms, including those older classes (which would qualify as an entry and would trigger that report to be sent).
To avoid those meals being pasted, you would just change the, "Stage" of the classroom. So on your dashboard, click on one of those older rooms that don't need reports and click, "Edit."
From here, you can change the, "Stage" to, "Any Age." We don't paste meals on those any age classrooms, which would in turn, mean that there wouldn't be anything on those daily reports to be sent.
You'll know you've been successful because the classroom box will turn gray.
Just one thing to note with that switchover - you'll still see those meals push down for any days that have already been entered. So if you have already entered your menu for the week, those meals would still show up. After you make that stage change, any NEW meals entered wouldn't push - so essentially, if you had already entered this week, that would go into effect next week.
